Please read the following guide before you return or exchange:
Should you regret your purchase, we kindly ask you to return the package using your local post office or with a return label from us.
You have 30 days to return any items from the day you receive your order.
We can provide pre-paid return labels with either GLS, FedEx or UPS depending on your country and the shipping price. The label will be sent to you via email and the return fee will be deducted in your total refund amount.
Please contact us if you want to hear your price for a return label. The pre-paid label fees are different depending on your country and package volume weight.
Remember that the item should be in the same condition as when you received it.
How to return:
- Go to our returns portal.
- Write your order number (e.g. "UNX1234") and your e-mail.
- Choose the product(s) you would like to return.
- Select the reason for why you return the product.
- Select your desired shipping company (FedEx, UPS or GLS).
- You will receive an email with a confirmation and return label.
When we receive the return package, we will issue your refund.

How to exchange:
If you want to exchange an item, you just place a new order after creating your return. If you need help which item to exchange with, you can alsways feel free to contact our customer care.
